Intensive ABA therapy program

Clinic-based ABA therapy sessions for children who have important delays in more than one area.

Service Description

Our main priority is to prepare young children to achieve the developmental goals that will allow them to be successful in all of their daily settings. Our 120 - minute clinic-based ABA therapy sessions are best for children who have not yet begun elementary school and who are currently struggling to meet their age-appropriate milestones in several areas. We also offer our ABA therapy services to older kids, but the frequency of sessions might need to be higher in order for very significant progress to be made, and the demand for parental implication will be more important. Our team specializes in stimulating communication, developing language, increasing attention and cooperation, teaching play skills, promoting autonomy, regulating emotions, replacing violent behavior, coaching social skills and preparing school skills which include the knowledge of basic concept , such as numbers, shapes, colors and reading skills, and fine motor skills, such as cutting, tracing, coloring and writing. Before therapy begins, our team works closely with the child's family to identify the child's current strengths and weaknesses and to determine the goals that should immediately be targeted in therapy. Then, the child attends weekly therapy sessions anywhere between two and five times per week, working with their therapist to achieve the goals laid out in their individualized intervention plan. Since each session is 120 minutes long (2 hours) and we require a minimum of two sessions per week, the child attends our clinic a minimum of 4 hours per week. Online progress meetings between the child's parents and ABA team are included with this service. Most of our clients have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, but a diagnosis is not required to benefit from our services. If your child is falling behind in at least one area of their development, you're in the right place!
